This is used to quickly disconnect the harness back-band from the harness saddle. The grooved thumb lever slides up or down to lock or unlock it from its position. When locked, it cannot be bumped or opened accidentally. Solid bronze only.

It is available to accommodate either a 3/4” or 1” wide strap.
