Beautifully restored back-to-back pony trap for a single or pair. Seats two people or four small people with the convertible back seat. Has lamp brackets. (Shown with optional lamps, not included). Perfect for a pair of section A Welsh ponies or a single B Welsh pony. Competitive cut-under design. Carriage weighs 280 lbs. Shafts measure 58” long from the single tree, 34” wide at the single tree and 19” or 20” between the shafts at the tugs. The carriage also has a pole. SOLD This lovely antique ladies cart is truly a rare find (I want it for myself!). The “Perry Road Cart” was made by the ABBOT BUGGY CO. in Chicago, IL and sold through Bryant Carriage Co, St. Louis, MO. in 1884. It has a natural wood finish (formerly painted green with yellow wheels), this cart has been carefully preserved; most of it is still original.
